We have a large collection of Vegan,  synthetic leather and leatherette articles as well.  Please E-Mail your requirements to us.   Sometimes Vegan and synthetic leather are of a better and more comfortable fit than leather articles.  Vegan,  synthetic leather and leatherette products last just as long as leather products, and are better water proofed.   Vegan,  synthetic leather and leatherette products of good quality are just as expensive as good leather grades if not more.  Wherever a product is available in Vegan,  synthetic leather and leatherette  we will mark it in red under the description and quote.

Most of the leather in this web page is made in cowhide.  We also use sheep and goat leather wherever applicable, along with calf leathers.  Lambskin is also used.   Very little,  but never the less some horse hide is used for special uses.

Leather spats:

Leather Dress shoe spats are available in white,  khaki and black leather.   The leather is thinned to take the shape of the upper.  Our leather spats last much longer than canvas  spats and are easier to maintain.  Each pair  of leather spats are available at US$ 38 including door delivery charges.  We will need your shoe size to manufacture the leather spats.  The leather spats are made in cow hide/skin.  You can specify the number of buttons and the color of the leather spats.  For best fitting of the leather dress shoe spats, please give your calf size as well.

Leather spats for protecting welders/welding/industrial/safety use:  

We use chrome tanned leather in welders protective garments/apparel/clothing.  Leather is durable and will last a couple of years if dry cleaned regularly.  We provide leather garments/clothing that avoid places for sparks to land.  For example,  leather sleeves are made in such a way that they prevent the welders to roll up the sleeves.

This is a full chrome leather apron for welding,  industrial and safety use  in gray or brown/black leather.  The leather for welding,  industrial and safety use is in thickness of 0.8 mm or thicker.   All the seams  of the chrome leather apron for welding/industrial/safety use are stitched together with laces around the back.  There are no pockets on the chrome leather apron for welding or industrial/safety use so that sparks have no place to rest.  There  are no pockets on the chrome leather apron for the same reason.  While the leather on the chrome leather apron for welding/safety/industrial use is thick,  it is specially tanned to make it supple so that the user has ample flexibility. Chrome and chrome split leathers are used to make our welding/industrial/safety use and general purpose leather aprons.  Each leather apron is of a smooth finish,  providing little or no room for a fire spark to rest.  The leather in the leather aprons is supple and does not crease upon bending – allowing the wearer the highest flexibility.

The chrome leather welding/safety/industrial jacket is made from a thick split leather.   The chrome leather welding/industrial/safety/welder’s jacket is  gray/green in color and will last many years of use.  There are no pockets in the front  of the chrome leather welding jacket– so electric or welding sparks have no place to rest. The leather on the jacket is purposely kept at 1.00 or below so that the user can have enough mobility.   We recommend that the chrome leather welding/safety/industrial/welder’s jacket should be dry cleaned once every six months.   For better protection,  the chrome leather jacket for welding/industrial/safety/welder’s should be worn with goggles,  gloves,  spats etc.  For better protection against sparks the chrome leather welding jacket comes in a round collar.  There are inside and sleeve pockets on the welding/industrial/safety jackets.  The chrome leather welding/industrial/safety jackets have 3 position adjustable snaps at wrist,  waist and collar.
