The 100% cotton white dress shirt is the shirt for every occasion - formal or casual.  For men or women.  I have been custom tailoring shirts and uniforms for a decade and I am the third generation in my family in this business.  The custom tailored,  white 100% cotton dress shirt has been my favorite shirt for many reasons: the  comfort and breath ability of a soft 100% cotton fabric,  compatibility with any fashion,   durable,  the more it is used and washed -the softer it becomes,  can be worn in the office or at the beach,  can be worn buttoned at the top or unbuttoned,  and I custom tailor mine for sheer convenience and comfort.  It is also the shirt most often borrowed by my wife.

I make our 100% cotton white custom tailored dress shirt with Egyptian cotton fabric.  It is a fabric which "breathes" and will feel cool and soft against your skin.  The more this fabric is washed the softer it will become.  Our 100% cotton white dress shirt fabric is weave constructed (70 2ply yarn) at a high thread density that produces a smooth,  lustrous surface and will look and feel like sateen.  The fabric has an extra-ordinary high thread count and a very very fine weave.  The fabric for our cotton dress shirts is medium weight and ideal for both summer and winter wear. 

I custom tailor my 100% cotton white dress shirts for sheer comfort and convenience.  The white cotton dress shirts available in most stores and with designers have been designed to save fabric and are made in cotton fabrics which are a "mixed" cotton.  I am selling the shirts that I make for myself.  Most ready to wear 100% cotton dress shirts are made in 1.45 meters of fabric,  sometimes even less,  but our's use up 2.25 meters of fabric,  more for larger sizes.  I have copied several features of army shirts for my 100% cotton white dress shirts because they have been designed for action,  durability,  comfort and to last a very long long time.  You will find the following features in my custom tailored 100% cotton white dress shirts,  which you will not find with any manufacturer,  anywhere in the world:

• Our 100% cotton white dress shirts are longer by about 4-6 inches than any other white cotton dress shirt.  You can expect the shirt to fall a full 12 inches lower than your waist,  against 6 inches in readymade and branded shirts.  This ensures that no matter how active you are or how long you wear the shirt,  it will not "pull-out" from your waist and you will maintain that fresh look till as long as you wear the shirt.
• In our 100% cotton white dress shirts the lower edge of the shirt is folded over and hemmed,  so your shirt will never ever fray,  no matter how long it is used.
• In our 100% cotton white dress shirts, 7 extra buttons are provided at the base of the shirt.  If you keep losing your shirt buttons,  this will ensure that your shirt has a self providing supply of buttons.  You will not have to abandon your shirt due to missing buttons.
• A U-cut is provided on the base side of every 100% cotton white dress shirts that we tailor.  Longer shirts also mean more fabric and that can bunch up when tucked into your trouser.  The side U-cut ensures that no fabric bunches up and shows on your trousers.  A classic army technique.
• Our 100% cotton white dress shirts have one pockets in the front.  Pocket edges peeping through the lapels of a suit coat is not my idea of a well dressed person so the pocket is made a little away from the shirt center.
• The armholes of our  100% cotton white dress shirts  are cut bigger in diameter.  This provides extra comfort and mobility and is a must for all those muscular men out there.  It also adds to the ventilation of the shirt.
• The cuffs of our 100% cotton white dress shirts are 5 inches wide.  This ensures that no matter how high your suit sleeve stretches,  only your cuff will show.
• Our 100% cotton white dress shirts  have two button closures on the cuff.  One button pacement provides a tight fit to the cuff for wearing with the suit and the other to "loosen" the cuff when the shirt is worn informally and in summer.
• Our 100% cotton white dress shirts have 2 inch collars which are semi-hard (or semi -soft) so that they move with your neck movements and do not feel like neck braces for spondilitis patients.  This also prevents the the collars from fraying.  The 2 inch height of the collar is ideal for any type of tie.  Our collars are hardened by buckram not synthetic lining material or paperboard,  so no matter how many times you wash your shirts their collars will not go "limp" or become deshaped.
• The 100% cotton white dress shirts  are cut loose to provide maximum comfort and give that airy "billowing" look in summers.  The front buttons are placed 4.5 inches apart so that doesn't split open while bending.
